Espoo Catering has been issued an ISO 14001 certificate. Bureau Veritas audited our operations.

Baltic Sea Day to be celebrated on 27 August

As food industry actors, we can make a difference in the wellbeing of the Baltic Sea by choosing Baltic Sea fish from the family Cyprinidae for our plates. This year, we are participating in the celebration by serving our over 50,000 customers at schools, day-care centres, centres for senior citizens and lunch restaurants fish loaf made from sustainably caught Baltic Sea bream and rainbow trout.

We are an operator of great societal significance, as we offer approximately 80,000 portions of food to our customers of different ages every day. Our aim is to operate responsibly in all areas of our operations. We have summarised our responsibility activities in 2019 in the accompanying figure.
