Our self-control programme covers all activities from employees’ hygiene competence to the sanitation of production facilities. We regularly monitor and assess the realisation of our self-control programme at all of our locations.
All of our restaurants display near their entrance the Oiva report published by a municipal food inspector, informing our customers of the level of hygiene and safety of products in the production facility.
